Dave is a friend I've had since 2nd grade.  I used to say, "I'm a tiger," and scratch him.  Well, this July we celebrated his 25th birthday in his back yard.

This year Dave celebrated his 25th birthday with a backyard party.  There were tons of people there.  Believe me, the pictures don't do it justice.  I actually got the camera when people started filtering out.  As soon as I saw the back yard, I freaked out!  I knew about 5% of the people there.  So I sat with Kim (above) and Lisa from work and threw back some jello shots to steel my nerve.  Joey played with Kim's daughters most of the night.  It was a great mingling party.  The best part was seeing old friends.  I got to see Tom, whom I haven't seen since we went to The Coal Hole for Dave's 22nd birthday!  I hadn't seen Jim since Dave's dad's funeral.  They played beer pong and some horseshoe-type game.  Tom was so drunk he fell over.  It was just all around a great party.
